• Through our national and regional practice area specific commercials, a potential client seeking a lawyer will call the 800 telephone number being used during the ad and one of our trained CSM’s will do a brief intake with qualifying questions before being considered a viable new case ad response.
   
• Each new case ad response will be directly connecting to the law firm as well as an email will be sent with all the information collected on the new case response.
   
• All new case ad responses are available on a web-based database for you to manage.
   
• Costs are measured on a per-inquiry basis of responses that meet the qualifying criteria.
